Make a note of the actions that will comprise your script. You may want to write them down before recording. Also, make sure the Script toolbar is displayed. |

Step 2 - Click Start Script Recording |
Begin by clicking the Start Script Recording button on the Script toolbar. |

Step 3 - Perform actions |
Perform the actions that comprise the script. |

Step 4 - Click Save Script Recording |
Click the Save Script Recording button. Use the Save As dialog that appears to save your script. If you saved the script in a folder already set up via Preferences > File Locations, the script will appear in the toolbar's Select Script drop-down list. |
